Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Royal Mail or UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with the required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Delivery Options

Standard Delivery - £3.99 (FREE over £40)

Express Delivery - £5.95

Rappid Delivery (Only at LustVirgin) £59.99 (FREE Over £170)

1. Orders placed at any time will be delivered within 4 hours by LustVirgin courier.
2. Only for orders in specific areas of London** (please check below)
3. We’ll email you with tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched, and the courier will email you with an ETA on the time of your delivery.

Rappid Delivery Terms and Conditions

Combining the words 'Rabbit' and 'Rapid,' which signify speed, Rappid Delivery is our new express delivery option designed to help you avoid long wait times. It is the same day delivery service yet just in a couple of hours.

Once you've placed your order, you can expect your items to arrive at your doorstep the same day within an hour in selected areas*, and up to 4 hours in some other regions which you can check below.

This option is available for nearly 24 hours a day, starting in the morning and continuing until late at night. Please note that 'Rappid Delivery' can currently only be selected within London and specific predetermined areas.

It's important to note that the guaranteed 4-hour delivery time only begins after your order with the 'Rappid Delivery' option is approved by the LustVirgin team. This 4-hour period starts when you receive an email confirming that your order has been shipped, and the order status is updated to 'shipped,' without any issues.

And don't worry it will be approved shortly after you place your order.

While we strive for under an-hour deliveries, these times are estimates and not guaranteed. In some situations, it might take up to 4 hours, if not earlier, depending on various conditions.

Please keep in mind that 'Rappid Delivery' may be impacted by adverse weather conditions, potentially causing delays of up to 6 hours or more, depending on the specific weather conditions at that time.

Rest assured that you will be promptly informed about any delays or issues. Once your order is successfully placed with the 'Rappid Delivery' option, our customer service team will send you a text message to confirm that the process has commenced and provide an estimated time of arrival when the parcel is ready to be dispatched.

In the event of any errors or cancellations due to courier shortages, bad weather conditions, unexpected circumstances, etc., your payment for the 'Rappid Delivery' option will be refunded. We will then prioritize your order for the fastest available service to ensure it reaches you as soon as possible.

If you are not at home during the specified delivery time or if your address is incorrect, your item will be returned and subsequently shipped with the next available Standard Shipment. So we'll ensure that no product will be damaged or stolen. 

Please be aware that the 'shipment fee' will not be refunded if the delivery is unable to be completed due to your absence.
