Returns

If you're unsatisfied with a purchase from us, you have the option to return it within 28 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, items must remain unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and labels intact for lingerie, and all seals intact for toys and accessories.

Please note that there are a few exceptions for items we can't accept for exchange or refund:

  1. Toys, if the packaging/box has been opened or the security seal is removed, except if the item is returned to us and is found to be damaged or faulty within warranty.
  2. Lingerie, if it has been worn, or if the hygiene seal, tags, or labels are damaged or removed.
  3. Hosiery, if it has been worn or if the seal is broken.
  4. Items purchased as part of a set, if they are returned separately or as an incomplete set.
  5. Earrings and pierced jewelry.
  6. Face coverings.

Postal Returns

Returning your items to us for a refund is FREE with Royal Mail.

  1. Sign in to your account at LustVirgin
  2. Visit our Customer Service page to select your order number.
  3. Explain why you want to return it.
  4. We'll get back to you with the return form.
  5. Package up your items, along with your returns form.
  6. Drop off your item at your chosen Royal Mail branch.
  7. We’ll email you a confirmation and a copy of your return label.

Returns to our warehouse can take up to 10 working days to be received. Once we’ve received your return, we’ll usually process your refund within 5 working days.

If you haven't received a notification from us that we've processed your return after 15 working days, get in contact here.

Returning Special Offer Terms and Conditions

  1. If you have a faulty product that you bought on special offer, please return it to us and we will be happy to send a replacement.
  2. If you wish to have a refund, you will need to return all your Special Offer items or pay for the outstanding item.
  3. If you wish to keep an item that was received for free, we can deduct the cost of it from your refund.
